GOLDSTAR RV RESORT RULES
1. Check out is at 12:00 PM. Check in time is at 2:00 PM (unless a later time is cleared through the office)
2. All guests staying on the grounds must register.
3. 2 adults are allowed to stay at each site. Additional adult guests will be charged $15 per month up to 3 adults.
4. Only two regular sized motor vehicles are allowed at each site. All others will park in the storage lot with $50 a month added to the rental fee. This includes motorcycles, golf carts, etc.
5. Utility trailers, semi-trucks, or box trucks are not allowed in the regular parking areas.
6. Please leave back flow valves in place and make sure water is not leaking from your water connection. We recommended putting heat tape around water hoses in the winter.
7. DO NOT turn the water spigots on or off if your water hose is frozen. Damage to water spigots, because of tampering, will be the responsibility of the camper.
8. Sewer connections must be made using a secure, leak proof adapter.
9. Do not park in the road or in fire lanes. Do not park in empty camping sites. Do not park on grass areas.
10. Please always observe a 5 MPH speed limit.
11. All vehicles and recreational vehicles must display a current registration.
12. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
13. All pets must always be on a leash unless in the dog park. Pet waste must be picked up immediately.
14. Pets are not permitted to be left outside without supervision. Pets cannot be tied to a trailer, camper, etc.
15. Pets cannot be placed outside in a kennel. Small fencing for smaller pets will be approved on a case-by-case
16. Aggressive or barking dogs will not be tolerated.
17. Please keep the area around your unit neat and clean. Keep outside storage of items to a minimum.
18. No outside additions to campers. This includes any decks, porches, or patios.
19. Umbrellas, tables, and chairs are allowed. No canopies or tents are allowed.
20. No ground fires are allowed. Please use the fire pits provided.
21. No fireworks, firearms, BB guns, sling shots or other weapons may be displayed in the park.
22. Parents are responsible for their children. Children must be supervised when utilizing the playground.
23. No solicitation or vending is allowed on the campground without approval from management.
24. RV sites cannot be sublet.
25. Any after-hour problems should be reported to management at 980-250-2204.
26. All federal, state, and local laws must be obeyed.
27. Goldstar Estates LLC or Goldstar RV Resort reserves the right to refuse service or evict anyone in violation of campground rules, destroying or defacing property, creating a disturbance, or nonpayment (within 5 days of due date).
28. There will be a $20.00 late charge after each day the lot fee is not paid in full.
29. If any lot payment is returned for any reason, the camper shall pay Goldstar RV Resort a returned check charge of $ 40.00.
30. Goldstar RV Resort, Owners and/or management assume no responsibility for loss of personal property, accidents, theft, fire, acts of nature, or injuries to guests. We are not responsible for any personal contents in the storage area. Campers are responsible for securing their personal contents in the storage area.
31. No outside washer or dryers are allowed.
32. We have a zero tolerance for drugs or the smell of drugs anywhere on the campground. Violators will be asked to leave the premises.
33. Please do not publicly display any political flags. The American Flag is allowed.
34. We check background and public records before renting campsites.
